Due to COVID-19, the Recycling Committee is NOT collecting bottles at this time. You have the following choices:
- take bottles home with you when you leave the resort
- store bottles securely in your shed or garage
- place your bottles IN the bear proof bins (not desirable, but if you have no other choice)
Empty bottles do attract bears and there has been a grizzly spotted in Yahk, so please do not leave empties next to the garbage bins or other areas.
The Recycling Committee was able to purchase two park benches with monies from the bottle collection last season. Thank you to our Recycling Committee folks! These benches are sure to be appreciated.
