Our resort is a gated community and no entrance is permitted without a key fob. During the off-season, our winter security does daily checks of the resort. We also have several CCTV cameras placed at the gate and other areas for extra security.

Each year, our Board of Directors determines the budget for the year. It is the budget that determines the dues. In 2021, the yearly dues are $2700 and this includes GST and all services.
Our members do! Here, at Moyie River Ranch Resort, our members are in a unique position. We do not lease the lots and pay fees to a developer. About six years ago, our members collectively bought out the developers. Each member holds a unit, which is similar to a share.
At present, there are 220 lots at our resort, with a few more remaining which are for sale.
