Moyie River Ranch Resort is a co-operative seasonal RV resort located just north of the Canada-US border and a couple kilometers from the village of Yahk. Our resort is both family-oriented and pet friendly. The resort is rustic with plenty of space and an abundance of trees. Here, you will find all the best nature has to offer – majestic mountains, shady trees, clean fresh air and plenty of wildlife.
From the gate, to the end of the main road it is just over a kilometer long.
No, Moyie River Ranch is a seasonal resort. The season opens on April 15th with water available to the lots on May 1st and the office opens on May 1st. The season ends on Thanksgiving Monday. We do permit members limited access during the winter months for brief visits if they wish to do some dry winter camping (no water or sewer available). During winter, members can leave their trailers on site.
At present, there are 220 lots at our resort, with a few more remaining which are for sale.
Our members do! Here, at Moyie River Ranch Resort, our members are in a unique position. We do not lease the lots and pay fees to a developer. About six years ago, our members collectively bought out the developers. Each member holds a unit, which is similar to a share.
